I'll never understand the bad ratings. yeah prices are high, absolutely not their fault. blame the unrealistic regulations Ohio has in place. they have friendly service, and amazing quality. chocolope by riveria creek and catfish by calyx peak are amazing.

Today was my first visit to a shop in Ohio. Front desk girl was very friendly, knowledgeable and got my paperwork in the system in no time. Jordan was the rep who helped me today. I highly recommend him. He made me feel comfortable and gladly answered my questions and pointed me in the right direction. I willlreturn. Thank you

Your right , only a fool would pay $200 a gram, and only a fool would realize that until they got home. The weight is listed on their menus , you just gotta read.

The progress made by this central Ohio dispensary is actually coming along quite well. As the world has come to a stand still, Terrasauna continues to provide quality care to its patients. Being able to call from home and head out when I like is a great new feature. With the governor’s new insight of dispensary’s lack of social distancing the state is now looking at curbside deliveries and I’m quite sure these guys and gals will be the first to incorporate. I have seen patients become angry at the evolving procedures while I wait knowing progress is progress.

These guys were super helpful and knowledgeable to boot! I’m excited to be a client!

If you go on terrasanas website it’ll show you their full menu with the prices as well as the rest of the store fronts here in Ohio this app usually just shows what they have available and sometimes isn’t completely correct so it’s not the stores fault but it’s this app. This and bloom are my two favorites here in Columbus they both have been so great to me

The whole place is a beautiful technology savey dispensary. The prices are right on par with what I was getting in Michigan. The staff was super helpful, and very personable. They definitely made a customer today.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Wait time at the store was minimal. The reason I didn't give five stars was the wait on hold to place my order was a bit long.

First time in a dispensary ever!!! So many choices and I had no clue about anything. Everyone was very nice there. My P.C Maris was extremely helpful and listened to my concerns. I can’t wait to try this stuff and go back for more. :)

I really like Terrasana I went there when they first opened, still go on occasion. them and Bloom are the best in central ohio in my opinion. I frequent Bloom more because of thier more expansive menu and bringing in new products all the time especially carts.

This place is awful. I bought 2 dab cartridges\$100 EACH for a total of $200. I wasnt allowed to touch or even see the products until they walked me out. Menu didn't list weight of $100 cartridges. Got home and packaging said they were a half gram EACH! So, I paid $200 for a total of **1** gram. This is deception. I was a cannapatient in Cali. For $200, Id have got a minimum of 5 cartridges\1 GRAM **EACH**. I don't think I'll ever come back here. I called and asked manager Sarah why this deception is happening. She was unkind, raising her voice, not letting me speak and was going to hang up on me out of her own frustration. Youve got employees working, hardly doing anything in the purchase area while we suffer paying high prices. Our states cannabis program was to help the suffering. Im on Social Security. Uncool!

This place is pretty good. I only go to this one and have been going there since they open. For about the past three weeks now they have on here all of their concentrate stuff is saying that it comes in 2 g but then you go into the dispensary and they tell you a whole different story. The lady argued with me saying that that was not false advertisement. I told her she had to sell the product to me for the price that was on the website that they are advertising for people to come in. The location is about 30 minutes from my house. I saw the deals and did not want them to sell out. So I went and tried to take advantage of this big sale. It is now three weeks later since I have told them and on top of that they told me that several other people had said something also. Why are they not fixing their mistake on this Weedmaps? It seems to me if you were told by several people three weeks ago and it is still up they are definitely using that to draw customers in!

The quality is there although expect very high prices. The major downfall is they do not keep the online menu updated. 1 of the 3 times ive been the online menu has matched the actual menu. Whats the point of having an online menu if it doesnt reflect your actual inventory?

I was one of the first customers at this place when the door opened they even did a news story on me with abc6 . They have made lots of improvements since my last visit . Prices have come down a lot . My main feedback is there is usually a wait at this location . Parking is still kind of tricky because its connected to a gas station and in front of a bar . I am glad they have a handicap parking space in the front . All spaces in the front should be for handicapped patients .

menu sucks wheres all the calyx peak stuff wheres fire rock farm and dont say they havent put anything out because your literally the only dispencary in all of ohio with out them...up north has strains ive never even seen in your shop. peoples always cool tho.
