Great shop that was needed on this side of town

Very nice, super clean store, finally on this side of Boulder. Staff has been friendly and knowledgeable the few times I’ve been in. Very good prices, I just smoke flower and usually stick to the sale stuff,but haven’t been disappointed with anything I’ve bought.

The marijuana from terrapin is really good n tastes amazing. I love that it's around the corner from my house now makes very accessible for me. The staff is amazing and they seem to know their product very well.

Chill Vibe Beautiful Store

Went into this new Terrapin location the other day to load up on some Spherex carts. This store is beautiful and the vibe was so chill. If you stop by I suggest picking up a Mango Kush cartridge. Finally a dispensary in south Boulder

Eh...wasn't thoroughly impressed.

Terrapin has an excellent variety of different strains of flower... But, it isn't very impressive in terms of quality. Flower seems to have been fed poor quality nutrients, wasn't flushed properly, and definitely isn't cured and stored correctly to ensure top quality. For a first timer tourist this may seem impressive... Not for a knowledgeable cannabis connoisseur. Plenty other dispensaries I'd chose close by over this place.

10 questions about my ID

Last time I went in they asked 10 questions about my Id. I’m okay with 2 or 3 but 10 is just too much. The products they carry aren’t very good either. Went multiple months with out edibles or smoking and the product didn’t work well at all. Much better options. *this was pre-covid, I get if you need more questions because you don’t wanna scan it

Most annoying dispensary with no flower

Called 20 minutes ahead to make sure they had enough thc flower for my boyfriend and I to both purchase an ounce. They said they had plenty. We get to the dispensary and they ask if your ID is real and belongs to you. Then they ask a random thing about you. They are the most annoying dispensary in the state when it comes to ID checking. According to a ID course I had to take for my profession cops will never use an ID that doesn’t belong to them because that’s against the law. It’s called entrapment but these idiots don’t understand that. Once we get back there they only had one ounce with thc. They also didn’t move anything to replace the thc strain. Overall annoyed and disappointed that I even went to this place. The bud tender only made the situation worse. Terrible customer service.

WORST DISPENSARY IN LONGMONT!!!!!!!!!

This place harassed me and then refused the sale because I called them out. I was sitting in the waiting room minding my business and a girl with orange hair comes out and looks at me and goes "GROSS" really loudly. When I walked in to the back I asked her "did you say gross when you walked in" and she goes "no of course not." Then I was looking at my phone and she accuses me of buying for someone else and I said no this is for me. Then I was waiting in line and this same girl walks over to the guy who was sitting at the front desk when I came in, and goes "Did you see that girl" and he looks at me n smiles. When I called her out she denied the sale, and so did the manager. Worse they had none of the items on the menu that I came for and the male employees harassed me on the way out, to top it off.The worst treatment I've had at a business EVER. Go down the street to Starbuds, they are way better and actually professional to their customers.

Stoner Tip- when your cannabis is weighed prior to your purchase, you are overpaying for less-than-fresh product. At Terrapin, all of their cannabis flower is stored in smelly, chemical laden plastic containers (or worse, ziploc bags) including shake (shake = far less than full potency product) in each container. As I'm on a budget, I can't overpay for pre-weighed and well on its way to being stale weed. I, for one, am not ready to go back to the dark ages of buying my weed in ziploc bags! Incredibly poor form, Terrapin. Shame on you for passing off "premium flower" in bags of shake and popcorn buds.

We pre-package our flower in pharmaceutical-grade bottles in an attempt to decrease wait times, as weighing out flower can be time consuming. Our budtenders are trained to show every customer the container of flower that they are planning to buy, so if you don't like what you see, please feel free to ask for a different container. As for the bags of our Premium Flower, not using rigid containers helps us bring in larger quantities of those strains. Considering that we are selling those bags for $45 per half ounce, and $69 per ounce, utilizing efficient storage techniques is essential to keep our store stocked. Again, we apologize that you were not satisfied with your experience here.
