First off the customer service I was provided by Michelle was the best I’ve had thus far in a dispensary. Her knowledge and the way she took the time to explain the difference with CBN,CBD,CBG,CBC and what the effects were made me feel more confident instead of embarrassed to ask more questions. The variety at Take Off is just huge and prices are great and affordable as well. I will not go anywhere else. And Michelle , thank you for your patience, knowledge, and overall kindness. I left there confident and with so much information I didnt have a clue about. If I could give 10 stars I would!! She’s a keeper !!

Every time i go to take off i am always blessed to be greeted by jarrett. I can honestly say he is the upmost helpful staff member, has yet to disappoint me and i am very picky . Helpful in making the best experience and decisions, he is fully knowledgeable with all products and familiar with the new stock aswell. Most stores the staff are like robots . Jarrett has personality and is great with his customers personally. Great store all staff are amazing, jarrett goes above and beyond 👍
