Excellent service for a first time visit
I was surprised to find them to be the only people in town to turn to. Even so, they were the nicest most accommodating visit I've had yet. Their customer service skills and knowledge are great.

Tahoe Wellness Center provides such a positive experience from the time you walk in the door, the reception is warm and friendly, then when you get to the counter the budtenders are sooo patient and well versed, taking the time to understand the results you want then suggesting products that best pair with your expectations. The vast inventory and friendly staff creates a very satisfying experience. Highly recommend!

Tahoe Wellness Center has the best selection of products. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I’m so happy to have such a wonderful center so close to everything.. they also have a community center that provides a food pantry on certain days and also free wellness classe daily.. I HIGHLY recommend this shop if you are in need of any type of cannabis products. They are very busy so plan to have enough time to make your visit successful!!

I love this place for so many reasons. Not only do they have an amazing vibe, they actually care about their customers. When my grandmother's insurance denied her knee replacement and she resorted to her pets unregulated CBD oil, I took her here. They found exactly what she needed and took the time to explain everything in a way she was comfortable with. Amazing customer care. Not only that, as a recreational user I have never been disappointed. Super potent stuff, and great variety. Definitely a must stop if you're in Tahoe.

This place rocks, very chill and the products are great and the staff were awesome. John the budtender very knowledgeable and just a super chill guy. The drinks are fun. Looking for some here at home after trying them here. The lounge is great , lots of fun was had. Thanks TWC

Introduction
Tahoe Wellness Center was founded in 2009, serving the medical cannabis patients of South Lake Tahoe as a compassionate cannabis cooperative, and now serves all 21 for in-store purchases, curbside pickup and delivery to residential addresses within city limits of South Lake Tahoe, 96150. As the first licensed cannabis dispensary to become a member of 1% For The Planet, TWC gives back to the community through donations of 1% of annual sales to local non-profits dedicated to preserving Lake Tahoe.
About us
Our mission is to show that cannabis is a positive part of a community and when embraced by society it creates far more good then harm, proving what is a decades long failed policy of criminalizing cannabis. As we have evolved over the past decade we have created a vertically integrated model that has allowed us to continue our compassionate model while maintaining a viable way into the future. We are licensed as a Cannabis Micro-Business by the State of California. That license type comprises four uses of which we have been licensed by our city to operate since 2011. It all began with cultivation, as our experience began in the late ninety's in Mendocino County. We evolved in 2009 from the farm into a retail operation in South Lake Tahoe, we immediately created in house cultivation and created a licensed extraction facility. This license also comprises in house distribution within the new California regulations. Tahoe Wellness Cooperative has a licensed farm in Mendocino county where we produce some of the highest quality sun grown cannabis in the world. We have been producing cannabis at this farm since 2005. Tahoe Wellness Center supports the cottage industry of cannabis, and will continue to support small farms while preserving the true spirit of cannabis, with our number one priority of ensuring there is safe access to quality cannabis for our community! On April 11, 2019 we made our first adult use sale and are now open to anyone over 21!
