I love that they carry lots of quality options, fitting my Budget. The Staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and the Store is owned by a Veteran.

They carry different brands then I have seen everywhere else. Prices are shocking low. Got a discount for it being my 1st visit. Finally a shop that isn't all corporate weed!

The first in Tacoma with $10 eighths and $9 gram of dabs, the team is pretty chill, and they have a nice selection of stuff that isn't Phat Panda, Legends, or NWCS.... Tacoma House of Cannabis keeps it pretty real. Legacy medical folks. Locally owned. Veterans. Awesome text and discount programs (HUGE flash sales). Would def recommend to my mom or best friend.

Great prices and selection of oil / wax. Budtenders are always friendly and never a long line. I quit going anywhere else.

walk in and really surprised to see how this spot is set up, its kinda like going to the bank, Weed bank that is the walk in se security on the in and out of the door entrance. As i enter it was a nice chill buntender who greeted me behind the counter which had a ok glass display of products. The tender i had awesome to talk with and helped me pick out some nice concentrate. The prerolled selection was really big .

My first time in this shop & I’m not impressed at all! The date on my preroll is 10/15/16! That means their products are old!

The staff is shady. The dudes are arrogant and give no deals. Every time I've stopped by my husband and I were the only customers. We will not be returning.

I was asked for a ID the first time I made a purchase and haven't been ask to present one since until to today. I told the guy I just finished working out and didn't have my ID on me and was told if I can't show ID every time I shop than I get no service. There was a bud-tender in the shop who serve me before who didn't ask me for ID and knew I was well over 21 but they this guy still refused to service me.During times when extra money is not ready available is when dispensaries should go out and above the call of duty to show great customer service and this was definitely not one of those times. Seriously though what harm would have been done by catering to your new customer who didn't have his ID with him but has spent over a $120 in your shop in less than 2 weeks. Oh well their are many other shops. For people who don't understand customer service or respect money this is a lesson on what not to do in order to keep good paying customers

I was racially profiled …

sent my wife to get a specific product and she was lied to and told they didn’t have it and convinced her to buy gross budget stuff instead… so i went down and asked for it myself and there was easily 10-15 8ths of it available. and when i asked why they did my wife like that… that literally laughed….

I bought a concentrate cartridge with them.. Came back for a refund because it barely hit. The worker let me test it outside and it still barely hit. He disagreed with my judgement on how crappy it was hitting, and no action was taken. I feel ripped off... He also tossed my receipt.

So apparently they have listed that they close at 12 (midnight) but they actually close at 11:50 or sooner because I came by at 11:53 and they had closed and locked their doors but they allowed one person in but not me. Just an FYI to the company when you say you close at a specific time that doesn’t mean you close and lock your doors 10 minutes early and leave the store by midnight NO it means you keep your business OPEN and unlocked for customers to come in UNTIL the closing time, THEN you lock your doors and close up for the night. THIS IS HOW YOU RUN A BUSINESS AND DON’T LOOSE CUSTOMERS BECAUSE YOUR LAZY AND WANNA LEAVE EARLY! It’s pathetic and lazy of not only the company to ALLOW this to happen but you makes your employees and the company look bad and people won’t wanna return. So please next time I come by at 1153 please have the door unlocked and open for business because other wise your gonna loss a ton of business.
