Order canceled Thursday night same hour, pay at door delivery. I was told reorder Friday morning first thing, I did and paid online. Order cancelled end of day on long weekend. No product, no money back atm

Terrible customer service from Manager

I am a very , very good customer and I have nothing but good experiences with the staff. I did a return on a $50 item on oct 21 and still today I have not recieved my money. They have the defective product, i just havent gotten my $ back. I have called and had the staff email CJ the manager over 6 times throughout the past few weeks with no answer. I called today and spoke with him and he gave me the run around and did not want to deal with me at all. Said it was "too busy to deal with my return" and to call him in the evening.... I am very, very frustrated at this point, am seriously considering not going back.
