Terrible customer service
Awful customer service. They cancel your preorders is someone walks in the store and wants the product and they have none left therefore wasting your time. Rude, arrogant staff. After years of loyal business I will never set foot in there or any other TCann or Cost Cannabis again.

Guy with long hair working Sun Sept 28th around lunch time in Rockland was the rudest, most unprofessional employee I've ever encountered. Was the first and last time I'll be in there.. He shouldn't work customer service if he's that miserable.
