Disappointing customer service
Twice I have shopped this store and both times disappointed. First visit in was ignored because the the girl budtender was flirting with the cute boys that came in behind me. 10 min. Waiting passed me off. The 2nd time I was shorted... the buds did not weigh what the label said... shop there at your own risk... I will never again.

Unfortunately, our products are weighed and packaged by our producer/processors and we do not weigh products in the store. In the future, please reach out to us if you feel your flower is not up to weight. We can usually reach out to the grower and have a replacement sent along. We have had a lot of changes in the last 5 years, and we would love the opportunity to show you how much better we can be.

The only weed store that I have ever been to on any continent on this planet that requires male employees to cut their hair. And they just couldn't keep my regular drugs in stock which is important for a drug addict. And I was assaulted in that store twice with the employees doing nothing when it happened. So it has that going for it, too.

Do not trust the online descriptions
Advertising distillate as HTE is wild ASF. Do you want people that order online to be happy with what they receive or no? Cause I'm not happy at all that I bought what was advertised at High Terp Extract which turned out to be the lowest form of cannabis consumption that exists; distillate 🤮🤮🤮
