Super nice facility, very friendly staff

Best customer service ever!

I've been to many stores in L.A. This is the only one with a perfect record for not having higher prices in store than on the web. Everyone working there (and I do mean EVERYONE) is so incredibly friendsly you feel like they care about your business instead of being angry with you for taking them away from their phones or convos with other staff. I now drive 20 minutes when I have many stores nearby in walking distance. GREAT place!

I arrived in Burbank and my daughter recommended this location specifically. Everything is right in front of you like shopping at Nordstrom. She was right! I was helped by everyone there, and AJ was the stand out. I left with more than I expected and the daily deals were a Bonus! Way to go! Great Dispensary, great knowledge, clear direction and chill. As a long time customer returning for the first time in a couple of months, I was embarrassed by the staff for their mistake of not scanning the security piece that was on my purchase, and when I tell you that my bag got snatched from my hand so fast that I’ve never experienced anything like this before in my life. And to not be given something in front of other customers was just wrong because to assume someone is stealing is crazy and wild when the entire interaction was quite quick. I will NOT BE returning even out of connivence. I would not recommend this brick and mortar.
