I walked in and no one was accommodating me. They just had me and 3 other customers rummage through the store and figure out the service and the logistics on our own. Because everything is messily locked into a glass display, I had to wait over 10 minutes to let an employee know what I wanted. After telling him I was ready, he told me that I had to wait for the other customers, that still haven’t made up their minds, to be served. At that point, I felt no reason to pursue my order. The sloppy selection and rude customer service was not worth paying $16 for a pre-roll. Took my business elsewhere and I recommend you do too if you want to avoid being treated terribly as a customer.
