Given that today was the first day of legal bud in IL this place was packed. Other than the wait the selection was ample and the customer service was extremely delightful. The shop it self was minimal and clean, not sure what I was expecting but upon entering I felt like I walked into a doctor's office. ATMs were on site no debit or credit card use available. Prices seemed reasonable. The ADDED TAX is the gotcha moment. Would recommend visiting if in the area.

Being upset by being able to buy legal weed is so laughable. This place is doing great considering the high demands and state restrictions. Had fun waiting in line and nothing about the experience surprised me. Excited to go back!

I was here on Jan. 1st and although the wait was extreme and the crowd was HUGE all of the staff from Sunnyside, Cresco, etc. did a great job keeping spirits up and keeping everyone apprised of the situation. Even as the LAST PERSON allowed in line for the day I still got everything I wanted (vape, edible AND flower) and walked out with a smile on my face. Will definitely be going back again and again! Large selection of fun and unique recreational products with a happy and communicative staff.

My husband and I went on the second day of it being recreational! The lines were very long and we were waiting for 3 hours, but the staff made it very easy and efficient for everyone! The lines were moving very fast and everyone was so friendly. Water and snacks were passed out periodically. The staff consistently checked on everyone to make sure we were doing okay! When we made inside, the products are high quality and fairly priced. We will definitely be coming back more often. We loved this location and everyone there! Everyone was very knowledgeable on the products available and suggested great recommendations!

They did the best launch in Chicago (and Illinois) on January 1st. Great selection, top notch Cresco Labs bud and products, and a fantastic staff. 10/10

The wait is reasonable. Not to much to complain about, supper friendly staff and great product!

First off, everyone is super friendly and professional. It feels like buying weed from Starbucks... but like in a good way. Not to mention the fact I got a 30% discount being a first time customer (not sure if they always do that or if it's for the holidays). I'm a medical patient and the process was quick and efficient. When legalization happened earlier this year, Sunnyside had a very limited selection, but that has since changed! They've got everything you'd need. Unlike D33 up the street, they've got a nice selection of 7g and 14g of both shake and popcorn. I tend to be a bulk buyer, so this is much appreciated. This is definitely my new go-to dispensary!

As a resident of Lakeview, I have been coming to Sunnyside for the last 10 months simply due to proximity. I've always had pleasant interactions with staff, but I had an INCREDIBLE experience with the Manager on Duty, Tony, tonight. I came in as a medical patient but I've recently lost my med card. Tony was incredibly accommodating with my questions/concerns and it was evident they've dealt with this situation before. He clearly walked me through how to obtain a new medical card and how to make sure I'm covered in the future if it's lost again. I ended up purchasing a rec product, and Tony and the team went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. If you're in search of a dispensary with solid product but an even better staff, look no further.

Exciting times we live in and Sunnyside makes everything better. Great and helpful staff.

Thanks to my lovely wellness advisor, Margaret, I had the best experience tonight at the Sunnyside on Clark St. Margaret was extremely knowledgeable on all products and accessories, and was so genuinely helpful with making sure my order was the best it could be. I go to this location weekly as a med card holder, and she truly shines above the rest. Thank you again, Margaret!!! You are THE BEST!

I just moved to Chicago yesterday and Daniel was very kind and told us about lots of fun stuff to do in town! kind and welcoming staff and a great environment

I've shopped a lot in other states, this is not exactly the buds in jars and hands on menu selection type of experience..But it isn't a bad at all, I loved it! The store layout is one of the best I've seen. Everything as far as miscellaneous Marijuana related items are really easy to browse and feels like a true "store" not just a dispensary. the prices weren't bad either. The staff was helpful and not condescending as some can be. I'm was really worried id spend too much but came in under budget. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

Great time, very friendly and easy to talk …and with tons of knowledge to help you figure out what’s what…. Down side-no parking hours before a cubs game so super hard to access… And of course everything is crazy expensive $ $ $

I am by far a cannabis novice. So, I like to hear what the budtenders/advisors suggest and why. Gina is legit! She first asked me a couple easy questions - to gauge my knowledge and to understand the effects I was seeking. From there, she suggested a few products and offered reasons to why she recommends. She was not pushy or salesy; just awesome. We learned at check out I could not get a special discount unless I ordered online. Gina expressed no disappointment. In fact, she kept the cart open on her device so I could get everything we discussed. When you visit River North Sunnyside, Gina is your cannabis guru!
