Purchased a vape battery from Sunnyside Lancaster that appears to be defective. I bought two identical batteries at the same time and tested both with the same cartridge. One works normally; the other charges but will not heat the cartridge. I returned five days later with my receipt and asked for an exchange, not a refund. The store manager refused and said all sales are final and that I would need to contact the manufacturer. I understand restrictions on returns, but refusing to exchange a defective product sold by the store is not reasonable. Very disappointing experience, especially over a $20 battery.

The staff is top notch, they definitely make it feel homely and welcoming when you walk in the doors. The only complaint I would have is the small selection of the different products available to us as consumers. If they could some how get more flower and a wider variety of concentrates that be pretty gnarly, ALSO try to get moo rocks in!

Very knowledgeable medical staff as well as their other employees. They always seem to have the largest selection of items. They told me that they can even put items on hold the same day only that I call in so that I'm guaranteed to get what I need for relief! Highly recommend! - Dante

I've seen quite a few older review's but, here's a bit of an update. They're always having discounts & deals on popular strains / items. I know they had a bad rep before they changed to "sunnyside", but I feel as if the bud tenders / staff are very knowledgeable & helpful. I also feel as if, their website is the best compared to all other dispensaries as all other websites look messy. If you're in the area. I'd recommend this dispensary over any others!

I've had nothing but great customer service at Sunnyside and the product is top notch they have something for everyone flower concentrates and even topicals

Even when placing an order online the order isn't fulfilled until you go to pick up your order... very silly. Otherwise... all 5/5

I have gone to a few different dispensaries around here, and The Cure is the best one! Their website is super clean and easy to use, and their selection is pretty good (it varies to a point, but everyone's does). The staff here are always super friendly and knowledgeable, and the facility is very clean; it has a nice flow and vibe about it. I highly recommend this place and would encourage anyone to go here!
