Been coming to S.F 2.0 for a while, mostly because of the interactions with Breezy, who I’ve come to adore. She’s a breath of fresh air. So when she mentioned about the deals on W.M. I ran. I ordered and even got almost $30 off. When I went to get my order I was so excited I just paid and left, when I got to my car I opened my goodies as I was excited to realize I was missing a 5pk of prerolls. Not being confrontational at all - but also I’ve spent the money I gather myself and go back in - the lady working made me feel as if I was lying. She had many reasons from they didn’t have product, she did give it to me, to I didn’t charge you anyways, all of which wasn’t true. It made me feel uncomfortable and kind of seemed sketchy - as if she hoped I didn’t notice the shortage. Idk. Maybe I’m overthinking but it honestly made me real uncomfortable and not really wanting to return, because I don’t want to have to deal with the blonde/colorful hair girl going forward.

First experience, best place I had been to in a while and treated customers very nice. Order online for early bird special. Only pick up time was 9am and the special ended at 9. I tried calling no one picked up readout for the 30 min drive get there 9:04 die to traffic. Was told eveb though I ordered online i was couldn't have the sale. Assistant Manager very rude. Asked for some higher and the store manager comes out. He helps give me the discount. Get home abd the bud is trash full of leaves. Call them and talked to him and I was then told sorry its our lowest tire that's why its cheap and I already helped you buy giving you a discount you didn't qualify for went back and fourth for a min and was basically told I am done talking to you and suck to be you. As we were finishing the other lady walks over to the store manager and says oh theres a customers waiting over and im busy, likenim still here. Why have a buy online not pick up your phone and then treat customers this way.

I checked out the new strawberry Fields 2.0 today, and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Not only do they have a good selection of product, but the customer service is top-notch. The manager, Mike, was extremely knowledgeable and offered recommendations based on what I needed. I am a very happy customer and will definitely be returning!

I absolutely love this store. It feels good knowing I will be greeted by name and with a friendly smile. My favorite bud tender is Breezy. Everyone is great, but she really gives me the feeling that she truly cares about me and my needs. Strawberry 2.0 is a great place to shop for your medical cannabis. They have just about everything you could want; from homegrown flower, to treats, and drinks, and dabs so affordable I could get everything I need on a budget! I swear they already have the best prices in town, and they just set a price match guarantee. All you have to do is bring in a receipt for an item purchased at another dispensary for a better price, and they will match it!! Thank you Strawberry 🍓 😘
