The new security they hired who bumps their music and is too busy texting on the job to see that patients are waiting in front of him at the window. But instead he’s too busy texting and it is all heard on his Bluetooth speaker. Usually this place shows some professionalism but not lately. This is a place for patients not a hangout for the security guard.
