Magical Atmosphere & Very Helpful Budtenders

The inside of the store is very modern and clean. For starters, there are displays throughout the building which have a multitude of different products/brands. There are also 2 ATM’s and a few kiosks where you can browse the large selection of products on the menu. The line moves very quickly even if the building is full and the budtenders always have great recommendations! Overall, a quite superb experience and would 10/10 recommend to any fellow enthusiasts near and far.

So much to choose from! I love the atmosphere and layout of the store. It really is like the Apple Store of dispensaries. I always ask for the bud tender to recommend me a joint of their liking with my order and I’m never disappointed. Interactions with budtenders in other states is a completely different and way more pleasant experience. I want to add this was my 1st experience at a dispensary in Ny & from now on I will order for pick up. There was zero help from the ‘tender. It basically felt like they were like “What TF do you want???”. Options are rambled off, not expertise offered at all. Ordering online is a more pleasant experience.

The absolute WORST sign in (log in) then ever experienced. I’m a DISABLED SENIOR CITIZEN with CANCER in the brain/head area. Why do I need a 140 IQ to understand how to Log In. Unfortunately, my friends and I had to travel R/T 36 miles because IN PERSON purchases are the ONLY way I can receive my medical marijuana (although this store is recreational). It’s the only satisfactory way to make any purchases. I’ve spent OVER 1/2 Grand in a few months. My friends have spent thousands, but we’re going to a med/recreational marijuana 1/2 the distance

worst budtender ever.. he was more concerned with talking to other customers next to me (probably his friends) than he was to me.he didn't ask "how can I help you", didn't say "what's up"... this is my first time here, and this guy didn't even ask what I wanted. was left to myself, basically. would not recommend... product is also a 4/10... for price it's a 2/10.. bad experience for me.

Then you're paying 13% tax why don't you just up the price 25% and tell us what the price is before we walk out the door?
