Can't honor promotions on there website

So I drove a 30 miles for promotion they had I even placed it online I go there and they told me they can't honor because it's not good anymore the promotion I I show them their website it clearly says it right there and they said they working to take it down. Well that's not my problem if it's still on your website you should honor it but what they do they said oh no we can't do that. So I wasted time gas I spend a lot of money there and I got turned away for something that's still on the website as a promotion and they told me they can't honor it. Just would never happen to catalyst they actually believe in customer service helping the patient out

Wanted to share my experience on here, I usually only share negative experiences but this last visit really made my day. I usually go in with the intent to get in, get out, and get on with my day. I love their deals, and have my favs, but Kailey was insanely helpful. She was super helpful and patient and helped with questions I had on a few cartridges. I was really happy with what she helped me pick out, I was able to get some green too. I’m a busy mom with an autoimmune disease and finding exactly what I need is crucial!
