Wonderful people, awful system and management

Some of the nicest and friendliest bud tenders I’ve had the pleasure to interact with, but the single worse dispensary experience I’ve ever had. Inefficient system that allows changes and additions to online orders while at the register. Horribly slow system to get in-store orders done and while I appreciate the live weighing, there is simply not enough staff to get it done. Unclear signage as to where to go for what line and. no ability to browse inventory while waiting (you have to immediately get in and stay in line, no freedom to browse) makes for not a fun experience.

i dont have a license so send my husband to pick up my meds since i cant drive. they falsely accuse people of doing things without any proof, when asked for proof they can not prove anything so they ban customers randomly, will never subject my husband to stress of any kind with companies like this again. i will never return to this store again and i will not recommend this store to a single person, make sure to avoid this place. Never again.
