I’ve been to Spring River twice now and both times not only have the staff been extremely helpful but they have gone above and beyond to help me pick out what best helps with my ailments. Their prices are lower then most and their stock is plentiful and diverse

All aces, except for one thing...

Chem Dawg Terp Bucket Baller (3.5) when I got home, and opened it, the lid wasn't screwed on correctly, and the oil was all over the box and jar. Upnote: smells great, and tastes really good, nice diesel/chemical taste Everything else was spot on, just, guess whoever put the jar together didn't put the lid on good. Coulda just been a one off type thing. Otherwise, from the customer service, to the choices, to the daily specials, I'd totally recommend.

Always happy with service and the range of products. I was a little disappointed when I got home, and looked at my receipt, to find that one of the items that was listed on sale did not reflect that on my receipt. First time that has happened so I am cool with it.

However, Dispensary has new jars that are impossible for me to open due to having to squeeze jar while opening; not possible with severe arthritis, sample bud was Dogtown which I love but can’t get . All of their staff are so wonderful 🫶 I've had my medical card since I was 17, and spring river will always have my business! Their staff always know just what I'm trying to look for, never try to upsell you into getting product you dont need, and have tried almost all the products they produce so their personal testimonials are always honest!!! Truly feels so safe and comfortable in there. Always ready to accommodate their limited mobility patients too!! I cannot say the same for many other stores, as they feel so corporate and stiff. I love it here on the spring river!!!!
