Hog’s Breath, also known as The Hog, is reportedly a cross of Hindu Kush with an Afghani landrace, originally bred in Tennessee by a breeder called The Hog, and passed among other breeders as a clone-only strain. It eventually made its way to Amsterdam by way of California, where the Dutch seed bank T.H. Seeds backcrossed it to produce seeds.

Hog’s Breath won first Place in the indica category at the 2002 High Times Cannabis Cup.
