Popcorn Shelf - Brute's Roots - Yellow Mermaid (S)

Yellow Mermaid is a sativa-dominant hybrid from Pheno Addicts, selected as pheno #13 from a cross of Yellow Zushi and Bebesita. Bebesita is a Pheno Addicts proprietary cultivar known for its floral gas and lemon-sweet profile. Yellow Zushi traces back to Zkittlez and Kush Mints, adding deep resin production and layered fruit complexity. The buds are dense and resinous, with vibrant green hues shot through with yellow undertones, fiery orange pistils, and a thick blanket of golden trichomes. Fans of the strain report a euphoric, uplifted headspace with sharpened focus and creative energy, the kind of Z-lineage high that keeps you moving without the jitters, plus a gentle physical ease that doesn’t drag you down. Brute’s Roots is a family-owned grower from Egg Harbor, founded by South Jersey natives Kelly Gatto and Jim DiNatale. In October 2023 it became the first independently owned adult-use cannabis grower in New Jersey to launch product, and it’s known for affordable pricing and award-winning strains. This 3.5g eighth is a good pick for daytime plans, creative projects, or anyone who likes a bright, flavorful sativa.
