Price switches

Very often you will place an order and either an item will be out of stock or the price will switch once you get in the store. The ATM rarely works, and they are not willing to work with you on discounts. I have been coming here since the day they opened. Today I was $7 off from my total and needed to use the ATM, which was broken. Instead of the bud tender working with the manager to get my order down another $7 and still keep the deal I had ordered - she recalculated the entire thing removing my discount and making me pay more for the amount of product I received compared to my original price. I worked as a bud tender for 6 years and I personally would have never forced a patient to lose out on so much medicine because of the fault of the business I work for. The ATM should have been working (at least one of the two), or there should have been a system in place where as a weekly customer I was offered a discount of just $7. I'm highly disappointed and I will be looking for a new dispensary to max my limits out at each month.

Staff is great, prices are on point and the selection is plentiful without being overwhelming. If you've been to some of the local stores you know what I mean.

I love coming here, the staff is awesome but my regular budtender i ask for is Michelle, who always helps me find exactly what I need. I've never been disappointed. I'm glad I found Joyology

I haven't really looked around yet. Seems to have everything. I have been here twice in 10 days. The 1st day I brought a list of what I wanted. The next I did an online order. For now I'm just getting pre-rolls until I'm back at home. I'm very happy with the quality & it helps my medical conditions. I already told my husband to check out Joyology.
