First off I'll say that EVERYONE ON THEIR STAFF IS FABULOUS! Everyone is so helpful. I rarely have a wait. Everyone always speaks to me in a really friendly way! I always somehow get Isaiah and...let me tell you...he's amazing! So funny, so knowledgeable, and so handsome! He always has a smile on his face and he seems to be prepared for work everytime I go in. You know how you can tell when someone hates their job? I dont get that vibe from him or anybody else there. 10/10 stars. Always coming back!

I've been to a number of dispensaries across the country, and out of all of them this specific location wins first place for customer service. The facility was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and the employees were thoroughly helpful. I was very specific about what I was looking for and they answered every question I had and more. If they didn't know anything, they went to the back and researched it for you. Michael helped my partner and I shop and he was astonishingly helpful and respectful. I swear he alone makes this place worth it. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, classy place to purchase cannabis.

First Time Experience
First time going to Skymint and it was fantastic. I went on 4/20 and I expected it to be really slow but the staff was really quick with helping a ton of customers. Shayna and the rest of the staff were really friendly and helpful! Great product with great prices. I will definitely be back!

I want to be able to provide a tip to each Budtender that continues to provide amazing customer service. 1. I went into Skymint - Hazel Park originally only wanting to buy cartridges and that was all. When I was approached by Dustin to be of my assistance, he killed it. He was very patient with me and walked me around the show room and literally answered any questions I had. Dustin also was very knowledgeable about product. When I was asking about different cartridge strains, he effectively and effortlessly gave me insight on the different strains - even including his own personal opinions. This was my first time getting helped by Dustin, but after today, I can tell he gives + 1% when it comes to customer service. I definitely will be back! With High Regards, Colin T.

Quickly has become my favorite.
I have been trying out the different dispensaries in the area and Skymint has quickly become my favorite. I decided to pick up today and I accidentally ordered a Maxx Pod instead of 501. Their bud tender Liz looked at my order and sent me a text letting me know my most recent order didn’t match with the kind of cartridges I ordered previously. She quickly helped me change my order and get what I needed. Couldn’t ask for better service or a more high-level staff. Skymint has earned my business for the foreseeable future.

Friendly, Helpful, & Efficient
Love Skymint for it’s ease of ordering online w/curbside pickup (as well as a robust selection) and the generous points/loyalty program but yesterday was my first time stopping in to the Hazel Park location. I was in the area visiting just for a day and I managed to let my phone die with no way to charge it. In addition to taking my order near the end of their business hours they also kindly let me in the shop so I could charge my phone, use the ATM, and get my bearings straight. I am currently sporting a fractured wrist and every employee that came across my path offered me help and was incredibly accommodating. They even complimented my mask :) their kindness will not be forgotten. As far as product the deals combined with 25% off for my med card was also hard to pass up. Thank you - I will be coming back!
