Sira Naturals Needham Heights

I got there 4:1 vape cartridge, and I can tell you its amazing. All the staff are amazing, and their store is so professionally looking, and their attitude to their patients is just as professional. My goto spot!

I come here almost every other day of the week and they have the best strains in Massachusetts hands down which is probably why they have the most locations currently open. The sour strawberry diesel is great.

When I first went to Sira Naturals in Needham I was super nervous because I didn’t know much about individual strains or what I was looking for and the staff there were so kind. They explained to me the effects of each strain and answered every question I had. I left with a smile on my face and a little pep in my step, I will absolutely be making myself a regular there!

I’m not sure why people feel the need to rate so low, especially when its about prices. I’ve been to other spots and find them the cheapest prices when it comes to vape cartridges and flower, as well as other products. I bought a Granddaddy Purple vape cartridge, it burns slower than their older cartridges which is good. And the quality of them is superb. And it cost $15 less than Garden Remedies I only go to Sira Naturals(Needham) now, the staff are nice and very professional. They check the cartridges before selling it to me so if it’s missing some or empty at least I didn’t walk away with something like that. I’ve always walked out of Sira Naturals happy with the customer service and product. The bad reviews must be a once in a million of bad times but I’ve never had a bad experience. Or their trying to rate them badly in favor of another dispensary. Anyways I’m going back tomorrow or Friday, payday, and re upping the cartridges. Thanks Sira Naturals for everything! -Mike C

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, Grade A products, spotless facilities, and a general welcoming atmosphere. Selection is decent compared to other places in the area. Definitely recommend the concentrates here. My only complaint is that I wish they had visuals for each of their products. Concentrates are a very large category, and even within terms like "rosin" and "shatter" there's a lot of variation. It would be nice to know exactly what you're getting. Note I didn't specifically ask to see any of them, so they may be able to show them off if you ask. Overall, I'd say A-

Hands down best medical grade in Massachusetts. The vapes,sauce carts and tinctures are fantastic. Sharon is so helpful at helping u choose a medicine thats fits your needs...

Always have a positive experience at the Needham branch of Sira Naturals. Sam was knowledgeable and pointed me in the right direction for the medicine I was looking for. I hope needham can loosen their regulations to allow Sira to provide even more excellent service, especially to the folks who need it most! Overall no complaints!!! Thank you Sam and Sira!

Joi was super friendly checking me in and was fast with it. I’ve been served by Acia and Sam and they’re both great! Sam is really knowledgeable and helped me pick a good strain. Acia was very helpful too and extremely friendly!

Great spot for some really quality flower. I was greeted and checked in by Marcus, who was very friendly. Acia took care of my order and answered my many questions. Acia definitely knows what she’s talking about! I will definitely be coming back!!

The Rosetta Stone pre roll burned horribly! I’ve never seen a joint canoe this bad. They should’ve used higher quality shake. I do love this store. All their employees are very nice and helpful. I am not happy that prices seem to be getting higher. 3/20/2020- the blueberry flower was dry. I noticed the moisture packs aren’t in with the bud to keep it moist. What gives?

This place is the best. Staff is very friendly an extremely knowledgeable too. Like seeing all of their samples in the Smokus Focus Containers too. Their Tardis shatter is FIRE too! Only improvement I can see is changing their packaging. Other than that, this place is a godsend!

Please never go outta business you guys are killing all dispensaries In Massachusetts & whoever reads this please know I’m being the upmost serious.

For people with a very low tolerance, this place is great! All of their medicine seems much less “intoxicating” than most other dispensaries products. Especially their Vape pens, I’ve tried all their flavors and I am happy to report that none of them give you that unpleasant feeling of being “high”.

I like the large menu selection and the quality of flower and concentrates is on point 85% of the time in my experience; once having a low quality dark flavorless gram of wax I really haven’t explored their concentrate menu a bunch since due to the fact you can not see before you buy at this location which is a huge deciding factor in purchasing your concentrates in my opinion, and surely others. Also advertising their loyalty program is bogus. It’s a first time patient voucher. Don’t waste you’re time with “loyalty” if you’ve already been there, that is if you’re looking for a deal. Friendly staff and usually a decent product but I was disappointed they seem to be trying to bring people in with false hopes of reasonably priced meds.

Really, this was a horrible experience. I got there with an appointment on time, but had to wait a while to see someone. OK, a wait is normal. But then when I went to purchase the concentrates (more on that soon), the person behind the counter asked to check on one of the cartridges. Turns out, the sealed container they have me had an EMPTY CARTRIDGE in it. So they were going to charge $75 for an empty cartridge. Also, their concentrates are terrible. I purchased four premium cartridges from here and another location that Sira distributes to and none of them were any good. No pain relief, no mood improvement, no hunger improvement, and no help with insomnia. The woman I spoke with said their batch of Red Line (I think?) last month was weaker than normal so I let her talk me into buying a "better" version of it, as well as their most popular one (Tropical Wave). Neither was any good. Save yourself trouble and just go to NETA or get delivery from Garden Remedies.

More then double the price of any other dispensary, didnt have the stock that was advertised on my way there. The staff was rude and not informative both times I’ve been there. The flower quality is below average. 100$ for a 100mg edible???

I make appointments only with my many Doctors. I buy my medicine when I want too.

Last 2 strains I got Mother of Grapes and SFVOG were a disgrace. They both had premature seeds, were extremely harsh, and tasted like burnt chlorophyll and trash. I had to trim the SFVOG myself, no lie. After trimming and removing the pinch of sugar leaves they put in my $70 8th weighed 3.2g. I'll never waste my money on their trash again. Sanctuary in Brookline is the best around and puts Sira to shame.

This place has an unprofessional, staff. I was harassed beyond belief yesterday by an employee for his amusement. It lasted for about two minutes in a confined space and was one of the most ridiculing moments I have ever experienced. Picking on someone with a disability is not funny or cute. Your staff should be reassessed ant trained. You are a medical facility not a bar.
