Broken coast complained

I came here the other day an I bought a hq of broken coast quadra came home an smoked like half the jar an ever joint I smoked was all black ash with barley any white ash in it. As being a pickey smoker I called the 1800 number on the container an complained to them that there highend product smoked like crap for 50 a hq an the quailty of the burn sucked joint wouldn’t even stay lit. So I even called the store an complaint as well. The manager said come in the next day an we can give you a discount on another purchase to make up for the weed that didn’t burn proper. So I ended up buying some bc pink an the burn in the ash was nice white. Plus squish your stuff probably better then smoking something that’s might smoke black

I heard freebies were being given out at their new store in Binbrook so I bought gummies yesterday and paid $11 for 10mg of "high" THC n got a free shirt (no free joints or edibles, just stuff with their logo on it). This is a total rip off when other dispensaries have sold me 100mg of THC for $15. Stores like this are why legalizing cannabis has only benefitted monopoly companies like Tokyo n Sessions and the government has erased any reason for these places to stay competitive. No competitive pricing, over packaged, no free joints or discounts.. The only reason stores like this will stay open is because there's no more gray market, just the white n black market. If the countless other cannabis shops still existed, this place would be out of business in a month.

No returns for defective product

Bought several 510 thread cartridges for a vape pen and had issues with one cartridge. It would give you 2 solid hits then it would start flashing like the battery was dying. Thought it was my battery but changing tips would always make it work. Called the store and was told they would exchange it but once at the store was told it wasn’t considered an exchange because in there opinion there was too much gone from the cartridge . Regardless of the defective product that doesn’t work no warranty was given. Considering this I would not recommend this storefront and will give my business to OCS which now delivers to your house. Save your money and go to the OCS
