My poor experience starts with me being signed up “anonymously” while my name and ID number are written down to keep in file. Not so anonymous. Next I went in to check out some field extracts products I asked if I could look at the product ($75 a gram rosin not some cheap flower) I was told I could not inspect the product or even smell it before purchasing. When I reached home and weighed each gram they both weighed 0.8grams(I’m not using a cheap balance I’m using a several hundred dollar Ohaus milligram scale) to top off the situation when I paid the bud tender I asked “any first time patient/client deals or discounts” she replied with a smirk and rude tone “NO” I proceeded to give her my money and grab the product she then snatched it out of my hand and as “what world do you live in ?!“ 100000% would never go back and surely will express to everyone I know in Ojai and Venturacounty as a whole to support ANYONE except sespe creek. Please if your reading this spend your money ANY where else. ON TOP of everything the product is EXTREMELY subpar all around an awful experience and would leave a zero star review if I could. I would rather drive to Port Hueneme than support this establishment. Photo on website is not the same product I received.

As simple as that, Not a good dispensary

I went to this place today. Ordered a pre-roll. Curb side pickup. It was given to me in a small brown bag. Opened the sealed pre roll container 20 minutes later...empty! Went back the place and explained the situation to the same girl who gave me the bad and showed her the empty container. She denied they even carried that brand of pre rolls and did nothing to remedy the issue. Never going here again!
