Really friendly/fun, knowledgeable staff willing to listen, and help you get the item(s) that best suits your needs. The budtenders take the time to educate you about product and answer any questions you have, which is a definite plus. Wide variety of product, and a sweet loyalty program too!

Love it!
Very friendly employees, some of whom are extensively marijuana-savvy, meaning they know the intricate details about bud/oil and can advise you on getting the right product without just blatantly trying to sell you stuff. The selection is pretty great, and quality varies, depending on your budget, though even the cheapest bud and concentrates there are really good! Prices keep getting better, as more competition pops up over time. I personally haven't looked at their edibles though.

Awesome Face my number one go-to dispensary since I moved here from Miami Florida I still go there people are awesome my only concern is the consistently hiring people who are not the regular workers that don't know anything about marijuana they have no knowledge of this cannabis that they're trying to sell me other than that awesome Place recommended
Horrible customer service
Go to ANY other shop in pullman and you will be treaded better! Been here several times and every time the service was bad.... i thought maybe someone was just having an off day so went back a couple more times... i have yet to experience good or knowledgeable customer service.
