I was welcomed by a smiling receptionist. she was singing to Selena. I knew this place was different, good people. Then the budtender walks in & welcomed me to the best dispensary in California. I thought, sure. But after asking many questions and changing my mind often. The budtender never lost her cheery personality. We even danced to the Spanish music playing. It was my first time at this location, not my last. Before leaving the budtender Faby said , ask for me by name next time. I definitely will do that.
Great customer services
So I went into your weed shop and mind you I barely started smoking so I donāt really know about the whole marijuana thing and but I was help by this girl Maria and she was so Insightful she kind of be on about how the difference are between sativa and Indica i really like her Energy and charisma she took pride in her job
Great service
I had great service from Faby. She was super helpful and gave us a cool tip about the sticker at the bottom of some cartridge boxes that are meant to be put on a cart so you know which was which. Would go again 5/5š„

Great Experience
I was in town for work and was looking for a dispensary close by. To my knowledge, this is the only one in Watsonville. I called ahead of time to make sure they were open and they were. When I arrived, they made it very easy to get set up with my ID and everything. Upon walking in to the actual dispensary, I was immediately greeted by an employee named Fabby. She was incredibly sweet and I could tell she had my best interests in mind. She let me check out numerous strains before I settled on one I liked. The bud was great and reasonably priced and left me happy. Since I was a first time customer they included a $10 off deal. They also threw in free stickers and rolling papers. All in all, a great experience and I will return next time Iām in town.

Honestly this was really a good experience for me was my first time going to a dispensary and for my anxiety and lack of sleep i will now be able to just go across town to stop by and get some more goods thanks Santa Cruz Naturals for being so nice and everyone having great personalities and being so helpful thank you

Just came in today right off the bat when I walked in the receptionist was so amazingly nice made me feel welcomed Love the environment got helped by faby Just met her but she had the best vibes made me feel like I already knew heršvery knowledgeable about all of the flowers and concentrates I most definitely will be coming back! The sweetest budista

I write this review as I literally just finished getting out of the building and purchasing my products. my boy Harrison was my budtender this afternoon great guy very knowledgeable very helpful with the products pricing very social man this review is 100% for him and the work that he does as a good budtender though there are other employees I have forgotten to mention such as my guy Ed again one of the good possibly greatest budtenders I've met as she's been there almost every single time I have been inside Santa Cruz naturals. overall I'd say every single employee is very personable very social and very kind. Though this review again was meant for my man Harrison but I guess it turned out to be a very great review for Santa Cruz naturals in the end
