I love the bud-esters there. They are super friendly and knowledgeable. I wish I lived closer, but I’ll continue to take the 40min ride to the Sacred Roots for my smoking needs. I went to the store and told the person behind the counter that I wanted two disposable pens. They walked me over to look at them and I picked two out from the ones they pointed out. After I got home I realized they were pods and a battery was needed for them. I went back to the store and they wouldn’t exchange them or give me a refund. They wanted me to buy a battery to use with the pods that cost more than one of the disposable pens. If I walked in there and picked the items out myself, I wouldn’t be as irritated. The fact that they helped me pick them out and then wouldn’t give me a refund is ridiculous. I have spent quite a bit of money here and now they are going to get a bad review and lose a customer over $22. Sounds like they need to rethink that policy in certain circumstances.

Great Experience
The security guard was welcoming and friendly. The staff was informative and very friendly. The facility was clean and a very cool look to it. This was my first time there, and I was really impressed with the quality and selection of their Top Shelf Flower. Their prices are fair, a little less expensive than other stores with same exact brands. The flower I did pick has been amazing. I also want to thank the woman who helped me.
