I love the bud-esters there. They are super friendly and knowledgeable. I wish I lived closer, but I’ll continue to take the 40min ride to the Sacred Roots for my smoking needs. I went to the store and told the person behind the counter that I wanted two disposable pens. They walked me over to look at them and I picked two out from the ones they pointed out. After I got home I realized they were pods and a battery was needed for them. I went back to the store and they wouldn’t exchange them or give me a refund. They wanted me to buy a battery to use with the pods that cost more than one of the disposable pens. If I walked in there and picked the items out myself, I wouldn’t be as irritated. The fact that they helped me pick them out and then wouldn’t give me a refund is ridiculous. I have spent quite a bit of money here and now they are going to get a bad review and lose a customer over $22. Sounds like they need to rethink that policy in certain circumstances.

The security guard was welcoming and friendly. The staff was informative and very friendly. The facility was clean and a very cool look to it. This was my first time there, and I was really impressed with the quality and selection of their Top Shelf Flower. Their prices are fair, a little less expensive than other stores with same exact brands. The flower I did pick has been amazing. I also want to thank the woman who helped me. These guys are awesome. Very honest and friendly staff. The location is also really neat and inside has a very cozy feeling. This dispensary gave me a really at home, family friendly vibe that I couldn’t express enough to you about. It’s a must go to if you’re passing through, or are in the area. Experiencing some good cannabis in good ol’ hang town Placerville is definitely a once in a lifetime experience if you’re not from around the general area. I think it’s just what hang town needed honestly. Good people, good cannabis, and rich history. Thanks again guys! I also got to see Santa today. He gifted me a rolling tray and a grinder when in reality I probably deserved a lump of coal this year. 🤣
