Rise is my favorite shop!
I pre- ordered a quarter of gelato. Picked it up and it was in bag one on top of the other. I pulled the first one out and it was great, I put the bag with the one on the bottom in my safe. After I finished the first one I went to open the 2nd and when I did the seal didn’t rip like every other time I opened one. It stayed completely intact as it was never sealed to the cap, to my surprise the jar was completely empty! I called and spoke with a manager Andrew who was very helpful. I brought him the empty jar and receipt and he made it right!! He handed the situation perfectly. This is still my go to shop!!! Thanks Andrew!!!!

HUGE menu with something for every mood and personality type. I sadly didn’t get the name of the person who attended to me (ID on the receipt was 4259956) but he was sooo friendly, knowledgeable and energetic. Will definitely come back again!

Convenient, big location, ample parking, friendly staff and plenty of different strains. I purchased pre rolls priced lower than other places in Boston I’ve been too. Going back for more today buy the same pre rolls and edibles too. Come and see for yourself, I like dispensary hopping, within a 5 miles ratio. What about you? AR😎

went in to grab a couple of prerolls. The menu is incredibly expansive. Found everything I needed with the help of Michelle. As we were finishing up my transaction, Michelle got a ding and showed me some banana cream, that had just released. Her complete delight got me so excited, on her stellar recommendation, I grabbed some. Best decision ever! Thanks Michelle! She knows her stuff!! And this stuff was all firepower 💣 pew pew! 💥💥

Don’t go to this store with questions
Had the rudest customer rep ever. This chick was completely unprofessional with such answers as “do it look like I smoked everything on da menu” and “I don’t work for the website I work for the store” . Perhaps she should be put in the back room packing bags or maybe throwing out trash. Seems to fit her attitude better than dealing with the public.

After selling me a faulty cartridge they refused to give me a refund. Won't be doing business there again. Plenty of other good choices in the area
