Staff-- When I first went into Rise, I threw around a few suggestions to the staff. A week or so later, I came back and seen the manager which was unplanned, and made a few suggestions. A few weeks later I came back and my suggestions were in place. The fact that the manager took his time to listen to my suggestions and implement them, really means that the staff, from the bottom to the top is willing to listen to the patient/customer. WOW IMPRESSIVE! Appearance- The dispensary is located in a very nice setting. You are literally leaving/going towards the town of Carlisle on Rt. 11 and heading towards/away from the business/trucking industry! The building is small, but quaint. However, it does have the updated essence of suitable progress to be called a PA 2018 Dispensary 100% Knowledge Service Suggestion
