Have been shopping from this place for a good while now since it’s so close to my house and they just keep messing up. Today I placed an order for black maple by glass meadows, which I got a notification was ready for pick up just to arrive at the store and be told that they in fact don’t have the item I chose and to pick something else and too bad basically. Didn’t even try and help me with anything. Extremely poor customer service all around. There’s one girl on the smaller side with a stank face and no personality that always looks and acts super annoyed that you’re there in the first place, like if u don’t want to work in customer service, don’t! Then one time they priced a couple ounces at like $90 so my friends and I place orders online, which said it would check out at a certain price, only to arrive at the shop and have the same annoyed girl tell me that they would never price anything that low blah blah blah and basically try to gaslight my friends and I.
