I used to go here weekly, sometimes monthly, and had never had issues before. My last visit, I showed up 4 minutes before closing - something I've done several times before without problems - and a new staff member treated me with an attitude. I was rushed, pressured to choose quickly, and the tone was outright disrespectful. While he did say "sorry" at the end, it didn't feel genuine at all. I miss the staff that used to work there because they were chill and professional. This experience stunned me - I felt disrespected, unwelcome, and like my loyalty didn't matter. A respectful tone and letting customers take their time is basic customer service, especially for a budtender. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back and will be going to other locations instead.
