Visited here during a stay in Toronto to shop. Selection was good but overall experience was not. I purchased a disposable cartridge/vaporizer, which beforehand was told a bunch of selections were unavailable because they were defective, which was fine. I picked one out and left. 5 mins after leaving the store and opening the cartridge, it would not work. The hole to suck through was extremely clogged and the device overall would just not work at all. I immediately walked back into the store to exchange/return it, and was refused by the bud tender there claiming “if it was opened it can’t be returned,” even though it would not work at all. I pleaded my case but was rudely told that there is nothing they can do due to “store policy.” Selling defective products, when MULTIPLE other selections were unavailable due to defectiveness, and then refusing to accept returned defective one sold to the customer immediately after purchase is terrible. Do not recommend and will never go back.
