They’re dishonest every step of the way, it seems. I was excited to finally be where an R Greenleaf was and my first couple interactions seemed good enough. Here’s the problem. I was spending hundreds every week and they weren’t adding my rewards points to my account. Between the end of nov and Dec 12, they “fixed it.” I had 1600 points. I went to use them last night after they were out of medical edibles for 2+ months straight and the woman tells me that my account only has 1070 points. So not only did I pay $50 more than I expected to, I didn’t get ANY of the rewards that come with the 1500 level and only one 1/8th for the 1000 points, which isn’t all I’m supposed to get. I don’t understand why the rewards page tells you to present it to them if they won’t honor it. I also have beef with the older woman budtender here bc EVERY VISIT, she tells me that my card is expired bc she doesn’t know how to use the system and refuses to ask the others for help. They don’t give a crap about their customers. It’s all about money.
