Step 1: Flash Freezing A week before the strain fully matures, the live plant is flash frozen. This process helps to preserve the terpenes and cannabinoids present in the plant. Step 2: Hash Washing The frozen plant is put into a state-of-the-art hash washing machine where the trichomes containing all of the terpenes and cannabinoids are separated from the plant and filtered through various micron sheet filters. Step 3: Collection The product from the 73 micron sheet (the finest filter available) when the first washes are collected to be pressed. Step 4: Pressing The separated material is taken and pressed between 2 hot plates where the final product is pressed out in the first press.
