I've have never had an experience like i do with Quality roots (Madison heights). They remembered my name after about the 5th or 6th visit. They ALWAYS have deals going on and they change so it isn't boring, (the same happy hours). Quality roots is a wonderful dispensary because I can't wait to go see the NEW COOL different deal or, deals that they have going on for that day. Quality roots is definitely my #1 dispensary. They make buying marijuana fun! Malcolm one of the newest editions to the team and, some people just have it , and malcolm has it. Every member of quality roots from Frankie on down are VERY knowledgeable and know exactly what i'm looking for. If I have any questions, I can ask anybody. Megan, Brent, Drew, Christina James and, Frankie (I know I'm leaving out a WHOLE lot of names but, your all wonderful. Quality roots is number 1 because they are there for the customer.... it's as simple as that.

First off best dispensary ever, but I came in probably couple days to a week ago. I met Parker so handsome so sweet 😍 great customer service was given. Then I met Christina amazing customer service very polite and professional. I always get get deals outstanding service when I shop at this location. You guys are amazing 🤩
