These nanotechnology gummies are thee bomb!! I had to stop smoking and vaping as I was being adversely affected by it. My husband found these for me because not only am I an insomniac, but after stopping vaping, it compounded my insomnia! Not one wink of sleep in two to three nights in a row! I took one of these about an hour before bed, with my Clonazepam. I hold it under my tongue and between my cheek and gum in between sucking on it. But you can just chew and swallow if you like. I like a shorter onset myself. Just one works all night for eight hours! Amazing for me! Hope this is helpful!

I have an issue of perpetually staying up at night. My wife said she would leave me and take the chihuahua if I didn't fix my sleeping habits. I tried all kinds of things. I placed a lock on my phone after 10pm, keep my windows open so the sunlight wakes me up in the morning, gregorian Himilayan salt throat singing before bed, melatonin, intense exercise throughout the day, etc. Nothing seemed to have worked. But then I tried these out. Give it like 10-15 minutes and your mind and body will be absolutely primed to go to bed. These absolutely changed my life. The wife still left with the chihuahua but that's ok, I can actually get a full night of sleep no issue now. What more do I need?
