To say I'm pleased with their service today would be an understatement. I ordered some flower online and planned to pick it up later. They called me to tell me that they weren't opening today on account of a neighboring building burning down. Rather than make me wait til tomorrow, they offered to deliver it! Which is something they've never done before! Not only did they deliver it quickly, they didn't charge a delivery fee, AND they gave me another bag of flower for free! They truly went above and beyond!
