Don't bother....

I went in to return a cartridge after 2 days of attempting to get a single puff and nothing. Clearly a manufacturer defect, when I explained to "abel" he refused an exchange of equal value or higher. He attempted to stick a needle in my pen and claimed it should work only for it not to work and wasting my time. So remember the part where they say if its defective or leaking you can return. According to abel if you even just attempt to puff and still get nothing you cant return so remember that folks. Anyway this was the last straw since ValueBuds opened, they got waaaaay better pricing that surpasses the quality prairie records offers. I only bought because of the convenience in location, clearly better to take a longer trip than go to this outrageously expensive shop.
