Which means this tasty caramel is thoughtfully dosed with cannabinoids and botanicals to produce an effective, but not overpowering, restful sleep. CBN has been shown to promote relaxation and sleep, but often only when combined with CBD and/or THC. To go a step further, we added 1mg of melatonin as that is the amount the body naturally produces each day.
