I was a first time medical patient and was very nervous about the process.The security and staff were so kind/helpful throughout the process. They have such an awesome variety to choose from! I really enjoyed my first time and will come back ASAP!!

I recently visited Verilife Dispensary, and let me just say, it was a *high*-ly delightful experience! From the moment I walked in, Ari and Jake were nothing short of *bud-tastic*. Instead of bud tenders these two should be called Weed Wizards! *Weed*-ing me through all of my options, patiently. Their knowledge was truly *dope*! These two were a *joint* effort in making my experience by *reefer*-ing to all of my needs! Ari made me feel *sativa*-ly comfortable, and her friendly vibes totally lifted my spirits! She helped me find the perfect strains to suit my *chronic* needs, and I left feeling like I hit the *jackpot*! If you're looking for a place where the staff is *lit* and the selection is *budding*, Verilife is the place to be! I can't wait to come back and *hash* out more of my favorite products! As a first time customer I had a few questions that were gladly answered by a very helpful staffer 10/28/2023. Verilife Ottawa has a great selection. Check out was smooth, All Star shop with great parking. Thanks for helping with keyfob solved it!

Went here on a Thursday around 3. Staff was great, helpful, and I was in and out in less then 30 mins. They were out of some carts, but had a nice selection of flower. I had a Great experience.

Staff is great and facilities are clean and well organized. The wait times are pretty short. staff is extremely helpful.

All others let you in out of elements by letting them come in, then showing your cards. this is only one I know of that makes you wait outside to check their cards. otherwise not a bad place, nice point system for saving money

Bought 2 pre rolls and it was like pure dust kind of felt like synthetic sand I could barely and I mean barely smoke it but it costed too much to throw away so I tried to get what I could from it and it smelled good tasted good so idk might try again if I pass by again hopefully it’s improved. Maybe they over did the grinding 🤷🏾‍♂️ Ps staff was nice and environment was friendly 🙂

I am disappointed as a medical patient that before the law change, your staff was so nice and helpful. The staff today was cold and had me wait as recreational went on before me as I sat in the waiting area. When I did finally get to the register, I asked about the product the girl said she never heard of it and asked like she could care less. Really not an inviting environment for med patients anymore.

I am a medical card holder for over 6+ years now and they sold me recreational on the medical side. Then I called and spoke to a manager in the CSR call center and she advises me she will call me back the same day when I gave her an opportunity to call me back the following day. She insisted on returning my call on 4/20 to never even do that...and the list goes on!!!! Rude Bud Tenders!!!! The have deals if your on the Rec side but not the medical?!?!? WTH 🤦🏼‍♀️

They have taken full liberties with the consumer, as someone who shops regularly here the decline of this store’s products and the service of the employees who would rather be on their phones rather than help customers. On top of their terrible ability of stalling out the transactions, it’s has been sad to see.

I called them 5 different times and they can't even pick up their phone
