A purported cross of an original GSC (formerly Girl Scout Cookies) cut, the iconic strain created by renowned cannabis geneticist Jigga, OG Kushbreath Girl Scout Cookies, commonly abbreviated as OGKB, is an indica-leaning hybrid that tends to pack a potent punch. The strain was named after its creator, nicknamed “OGKushbreath,” who is reportedly linked with the acclaimed West Coast breeding collective Cookie Fam.

Although the name of this strain might be a mouthful to say, OG Kushbreath Girl Scout Cookies has remained a highly sought-after cultivar due to its legendary lineage and acclaimed aroma. The fragrance and flavor of OGKB are often described as a mixture of gasoline and sweet cookie dough, in some cases even emitting dank chocolate undertones.

The original strain has also been used by the breeder Mycotek to create OGKB 2.0, which won first place for both the indica and overall categories at the 2015 IC420 Grower’s Cup in Amsterdam.
