Great Customer Service, otherwise inconsistent

I really do enjoy going to this location, they had competitive pricing ontop of a buy 3 get 1 deal which made it a no brainer to go to this location frequently, but they recently at random changed this to an allegedly limited buy 4 get 1 deal (without updating most if not all of the advertisement for it minus the things taped inside the store) Which led to a very poor experience for me ordering recently. Their "live" menu tends to be fairly inaccurate (every mobile order i've had but 1 so far has had items they dont have anymore or are out of stock) as well. Ontop of this, everytime something I ordered is not in stock they try to upsale me to something more expensive which defeats the purpose of me ordering pickup in the first place. I'll likely return to spend my points but not much after. They do chill all of their wax and hash though which is a big plus.

Super cool but always SLOW AF

they got a cool stuff. Maybe it’s just the corporate company model. They open super late for no reason. You can place a delivery order. It will take four hours even if you’re nine minutes away. And you can never walk in and walk right out even though they’re always seems to be at least a dozen staff members. I’m just super thankful that they’ve opened so many new stores around here so I don’t have to only come here

Bad night turned around

I went to visit one plant right before they closed one night. I had to ride my bicycle from across town. Right before I got there, I hit a patch of broken glass and blew out both tires. After I purchased my goods inside the dispensary, Julius overheard my misfortune and offered to give me a ride home. This was a very nice gesture since I was not feeling well and it was cold dark and rainy and I had about 8 miles to walk. Without Julius, my night would’ve been ruined. Please give him proper recognition for the great bud tender he is!

This is my go to spot🐲 Literally the place I brag about to my of out state/town friends. AMAZING selection and prices. Plus they have a friendly, patient amount team members. If you like delivery they send a link with real-time ETA and you can use your debit card if you get to pull out cash *chefs kiss* When going in person they have a great playlist and they aren’t afraid to help you out too! The points and deals make it hard to stray 😂
