My order was not ready

The staff was friendly and the selection was pretty good. My one star is more due to the fact that I made my order at 1:00 pm and when I went to go get it at 6:00 pm it still wasn’t ready. They did it in like 15 minutes but still defeats the purpose of early pickup.
