The first version is a cross between Golden Goat x Gas, bred by an unknown breeder. This Golden Gas is rare, but retains the berry and diesel aroma of Gas and the uplifting effects of Golden Goat, making it the perfect strain for a mental boost and physical relaxation.
The other version of Golden Gas, created by Glass House Farms in California, crossed Golden Goat with GMO. This strain lineage of Golden Gas is slightly more common on the market, with dense green nugs, pops of dark green sugar leaves, and a frosty layer of trichomes. It has a similar aroma to the other version of this strain, leading with gassy notes of diesel before developing into earthy hops, citrus, and straight-up skunk.
