So obviously the concentrates are different consistency’s.. Day 1 … I tell the man I really don’t like the flat purple pucks I like the white colored Budder please don’t give me a flat purple pucks basically begged got 2 diff ones got home one was good was was bad I let it go no problem today go bak in please don’t give me the purple pucks basically again I was given 2 of the concentrates they claim to all have tried but never know the consistency for someone be who comes in 3 times a week this is a complete turn off and when I call and get the answer “ so your basically stuck with it “ it’s still good product “ …. Many people here are amazing there’s a few that don’t even try to help and babble about facts about why I should accept something I don’t want !!!! Monday 7/21
