When I walked in to the shop I’m usually greeted with a friendly “welcome” because I’ve been loyal to this store for years but when I got in there no hellos no one was like “can I help you” nothing. Shortly after another customer comes in and they are greeted as soon as the doors slide open. If it’s because I’m a black female that really will be sad I’m not sure why but it’s not sitting well with me at all. This use to be my fav store the service was so lovely now I’m a little put off.
