I ordered two online and went to pick them up and they told me actually they are only 30% off and they did not honor the proce on website. Also i paid $9.50 for a dosed live resin cart, it was on sale originally 15$, across the street jars is selling it for $5 flat. Not a good experience

I usually love going and also getting my weed delivered but today was not a great delivery. I updated my address but yet it still went to an old address. I even was contacted by the person who actually stays there and i had given him my address and he said ok as if he was on the way. Even asked for directions I then waited another 40 mins and it still didn’t arrive and lo and behold it’s closed😢😢 I really needed my weed but never got it. Next time I will just pick it up What makes me sadder is my home isn’t all that far from the store he had to go back to the store so why not drop it off on the way back? Not cool and I’m not satisfied or happy what’s so ever. And not once did anyone from cookies or the driver contact me themselves. Maybe I need to give cookies a break for awhile!

Weedmaps put Cookies Grand Rapids in bad light!

Order infused high THC content, (Cali Blaze) online through weedmaps site, they had wrong adds for Cookies Grand Rapids, wrong THC % and wrong price. Because of what was advertise % and price I drove from 60th st by passing the dispensary I normally go to (Exclusive) as it is closer. Manger made it right , hats off to him but weedmaps need to get there act together!

The budtender told me not to bother looking at what was on the floor because they were out of lost everything. She rattled off 7-10 strains of sativa and asked which I wanted. I said I wanted to see them and she said some she could open some she couldn’t. Nice enough people just impossible to shop without an accurate list or display. Won’t be returning

I'm a single mom- one of them severely mentally ill. I'm on the end of my rope, struggling bad. I finally get a sitter after months of struggling alone to have a "me" night. My car broke down and is in the shop. So I order door dash and weed delivery for my "me" night. I put my order into cookies at 6pm. 8:30pm I get a phone call that they only have one delivery driver now and I will not get my order. Last minute. The guy even giggled about on the phone like it was some kind of funny joke. What's a joke is humanity and how little we give a crap about each other. So I have no options to get a delivery order at any other place. I will not order from them again. I understand things happen but things happen to drivers all the time, everywhere- and some how other businesses seem to manage to complete their orders. Oh he offered me 20% off next time I go there. I won't be going there ever.

Terrible service

Went in today and was checked in by a sour faced, aloof girl while I got the stink eye from security. Put me off right away, but I still checked in and went to the back. When I got to the back I was asked “what are you looking for?”, I told them received no response, confirmation, or suggestions. They just walked away and didn’t say anything. So I walked out without buying anything. Worst dispensary experience in GR. Will never go back.

Not a fun budtender experience

Went into this location for the first time today and was excited, front desk guy was extremely friendly and helpful but the in ones fell under the deal when I asked about the 1g. Yes I understand deals change all the time, but any other budtender I've worked with, they would double check the deal. when walking in she didn't seem thrilled to be helping me and was cold during our interaction. Thankfully Tim checked me out. He was very helpful and informative. He checked the deal for me and confirmed the 1g did fall under a deal. He even gave a suggestion on a jeeter and told me about up coming amazing things. I personally suggest the other locations because the budtenders are a lot nicer there.
