Kate was so nice and she took great care of all of us. We were in town celebrating birthdays, and she was more than patient with our group and explained everything so well. We plan to visit this location again for sure because of her service. Great deals at this location also, we didn’t visit anywhere else!

Concentrate containers
I bought 4 grams of concentrates two of them came in a black puck. I can’t tell you if this is even a full gram, but it definitely doesn’t look like it. Most of the of is on top of the lid wish is a waste. really disappointing.

Consistently difficult
This place was frustrating. Started with pretty much making you sign up for the rewards program to get a first timer discount. Product offerings are the same as anywhere else. Budtender misspoke on pricing and ultimately charged me for the first timer gift. Immediately caught the error, the manager corrected the first timer error but not the pricing error by the bud tender. This place is not worth the effort.

Terrible service from general manager down
If you order online to skip the line, then do not order from Noxx. They can not handle having any sale whether it was New Year's eve or yesterday BOGO delivery special....online pickup order I waited in Lobby on New Year's as my order was sitting on the counter not fulfilled! After 30 minutes or maybe more I got my order...but the General manager Jess, choose to skip my order and fulfill another customers order who came in the lobby 20 minutes after me...no free pre-roll to say sorry or anything but obviously being overwhelmed with a staff who can't handle a line... Then yesterday my order I placed at 6:30pm for delivery time of 7:30 to 9 was just cancelled for no reason...then I called James said yes I just cancelled it...so I said well I am gonna come and grab it...raced over the less than one mile to Noxx and James still didn't care he cancelled the order and just acted like oh well...and the tattooed female manager who just stared at me and didn't say omg so sorry we cancelled your order ..more like who does this guy think he is vibes from her...

Don't replace defective products
Got a defective pen, pretty easy to verify it, wouldn't exchange. In a market this saturated, having customer service is a no-brainer. I won't return!
